We're a family-owned window tinting shop in Moorpark, CA. We don't have a marketing department, a data analytics team, or any interest in profiting from your personal information. We just want to give you a great tint job at a fair price.

To run our business, we rely on a few trusted service providers who may have access to some of your information — but only as needed to deliver their service to us. These include:

We will never discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. Your quote will be the same, your price will be the same, and our service will be the same — whether or not you make a privacy request.

Send your request to privacy@advtinting.com. Tell us what you'd like (know, delete, correct, or opt-out) and we'll respond within 45 days as required by law.

Fill out our Free Quote form and mention "Privacy Request" in the vehicle field. We'll get back to you promptly.
We do not sell or share personal information. That has always been our policy and always will be. If you'd like to formally submit an opt-out request to have this on record, simply email us at privacy@advtinting.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell My Info." Include your name and the email or phone number you used when contacting us. We'll confirm within 10 business days.
You can also call us at (805) 529-0107 and ask for your opt-out to be recorded.
We keep your quote and job records for as long as they're useful — typically for the duration of your warranty (5 years) plus a reasonable period after, or as long as needed for tax and business records.
If you haven't done business with us and your quote didn't lead to a job, we'll generally delete your information within 2 years of your last contact with us, unless you ask us to remove it sooner.

Our services are not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
